Pricing
ZipToSale is free to use. No listing fees, no commissions, no buyer's premium, no subscription. Buyers pay the seller exactly what's on the seller's invoice, and the seller keeps it.

What a buyer pays
Exactly what's on the seller's invoice, paid directly to the seller:
- The lot price, or the offer price the seller accepted.
- Shipping, at the fixed cost shown on the listing. No shipping when you collect a lot with local pickup.
- Anything else the seller adds to the invoice, each as its own line: sales tax where it applies, a pallet or handling fee, or a discount. Lots that don't require a resale certificate may carry sales tax.
Your payment method may have its own costs: card or PayPal fees the seller passes on, or your bank's wire fee. Those are between you, the seller and your provider.
What a seller keeps
The whole amount the buyer pays you. ZipToSale doesn't process payments, so any fees from your own payment provider (PayPal, card processing, wires) are yours, as they would be anywhere.
